Truly excellent Swedish pancake mix
I’m Swedish on my dad’s side, and I grew up eating the legendary Swedish pancakes of the Stockholm Inn in Rockford, IL. So I can confidently say that this mix is EXCELLENT. It’s easy and quick to prepare, and as long as you follow the package instructions, you’ll be fine. One caveat: On my stove, I had to set the burner on MEDIUM (not medium-high) to get the best results. Also, the package yields about 15 eight-inch round pancakes, so using TWO pans will speed up the cooking process and enable you to enjoy them sooner. Oh, I almost forgot: The packaging was amazingly well done and the shipping was very fast. FIVE STARS! Var så god!
